Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Roughnbootz. We take pride in the quality of our gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must include all accessories, hardware, or other parts that were included with it

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Processing Time: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item for a different size, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item sent back to you. We will ship the replacement once the original has been received and verified to be in good condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Products that are used internally including dildos and gags
  • Gift cards.

  • Items that show clear signs of wear or damage not caused by a manufacturing defect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@roughnbootz.com with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping) for any faulty gear. We will also provide a return shipping label for the damaged or defective item. We have a 90 day return policy for hardware failure such as popped rivets or faulty stitching.
