The Gunslinger Harness is designed for a clean, masculine profile with a streamlined fit that stays comfortable through long wear. Inspired by the balance and structure of a shoulder holster, it uses curved straps that lay flat against the body and maintain a sharp silhouette whether worn out to an event or during play. This harness is designed to be cut to size by the user and fits 28″-52″ chests.
What it is
A minimalist leather shoulder harness designed for comfort, durability, and a clean, masculine look.
How it hits
The snap-free design relies on stainless steel Chicago posts for adjustment, allowing the harness to handle hard use without shifting or loosening. Once fitted, it stays secure through movement, bending, and extended wear. An optional belt strap can be added for additional stability.
Materials & build
Constructed from 8–10 oz black latigo leather with stainless steel Chicago posts. The optional belt strap uses a nickel plated snap for easy attachment. Materials are selected for durability while maintaining a refined, low-profile finish.

Fitting Instructions:
- Using a flat-head (preferably #2) screwdriver (not provided) to remove the Chicago Posts. Note: the long legs of the center piece point down and the makers mark on the straps goes above the center piece. Use the above fitting chart to determine where the straps should be set on the center piece by counting how many holes are exposed past the end of the center piece.
- Temporarily install one screw post at each outside hole of the center piece according to the above chart. Try the harness on, wear it for a few minutes, walk around, bend over, turn side to side. If it needs to be tighter or looser then adjust as needed. Be sure to adjust both sides so they match.
- The difference in the number of holes showing above and below the center piece should not bemore then one ie: you should not have four holes showing above the center piece and one hole showing below the center piece.
- Once youare satisfied with the fit, install the remaining four screws, two screws per side, both in the bottom strap. The top strap is only held in with one screw. The total of three screws in the bottom strap give you up to 4″ of chest growth space if needed for later adjustment.
- Once all of the screws are in, try it on again and wear it for awhile. Once you are sure you are happy with the fit cut the excess straps off.
- You can use medium strength loc-tite on the screw threads if you are concerned about the screws loosening up.
- Adjustment is made using stainless steel Chicago posts.
- Install one post per side initially, test fit, then fine-tune evenly on both sides.
- The difference between holes showing above and below the center piece should not exceed one.
- Once satisfied, install the remaining posts and trim excess strap length if desired.
- The bottom strap allows up to approximately 4″ of future chest growth adjustment.
