How long does it take to process my order:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days
How long will my order take to arrive:
Ground Advantage shipping typically takes 5-7 business days and Priority shipping is typically 3 days within the continental U.S. International shipping can be 3-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally:
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, the E.U., the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand. Depending on local regulations and the value of the order you may be expected to pay taxes or duties upon receipt of your package based on local regulations.
Will my purchase be private:
We take your privacy very seriously. Your order will appear on your bank statement as RNBZ LLC, and all products are shipped in non-branded boxes with shipping labels from RNBZ LLC. We do not share your order history with any other companies for marketing purposes.
The item I ordered does not fit, can I exchange it for a different size:
Within 30 days of purchase reach out to us to let us know. If you return the item at your own expense, upon receipt of it and verifying it is not damaged, we will send you a different size.
Do you offer a warranty:
All our products include a 90 day hardware warranty. If any part of the hardware fails please let us know and we will repair or replace it. We will send a return label for you to ship it back at no cost to you.
Do you do custom orders:
We will do custom variations on products we sell, but not always, please e-mail us to discuss what you want. Be aware that custom orders do not qualify for refund or exchange.
