Order Processing & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Ground Advantage typically takes 5-7 business days. Priority shipping is typically 3 days within the continental U.S. International shipping ranges from 3-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada, Mexico, the E.U., the U.K., Australia, and New Zealand. Local taxes or duties may apply upon receipt based on your country's regulations.
Discreet Privacy
Will my purchase be private?
We take your privacy very seriously. Your order will appear on your bank statement as RNBZ LLC. All products are shipped in non-branded boxes with RNBZ LLC on the shipping labels. We do not share your data for marketing.
Exchanges & Warranty
The item does not fit, can I exchange it?
Reach out within 30 days. If you return the item (undamaged) at your own expense, we will send you a different size.
Do you offer a warranty?
We provide a 90-day hardware warranty. If hardware fails, we repair or replace it and provide a pre-paid return label.
Custom Work
Do you do custom orders?
We offer custom variations on existing products. Email us to discuss your needs. Please note that custom orders are final sale and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
