Panic snaps are great for almost any scene involving bondage. They are not load rated and therefore cannot be used for any type of suspension. When the snap body is manually pulled in the direction of the arrow, the snap will release – even while under load, allowing you to quickly release your bottom or submissive in an emergency. When properly used panic snaps reduce the possibility of having to cut rope, leather or chain in an emergency and make a scene safer by always being ready to release.
